Description
Mixed Color Neocaridina (Neocaridina davidi, multi-color mix)
Appearance: Electric blue Blue Dream, blood-red Bloody Mary, emerald Green Jade, golden Yellow 24K, and tangerine Orange Sunkist, all solid, saturated colors. Females are slightly larger and the most vivid.
Care: Easy. They do well in dechlorinated tap water (pH 6.5–7.8, 68–78°F, GH 6–10, KH 2–6, TDS 150–350). They grow to 1–1.5 inches, live 1–2 years, and graze biofilm, detritus, and soft algae all day.
Breeding: Prolific in stable, planted tanks. The colors can cross, so offspring may show mixed or in-between colors over generations.
