Shipping & Return Policy

We package every order with care to ensure your guppies and shrimp arrive not only alive, but also active and healthy. All orders are shipped with temperature resistant insulation, breather/oxygenated bags, live moss/netting, and clear “live fish” labeling to achieve unbeatable reliability.

Options & Pricing

USPS Priority Mail: $10 on all orders under $40. Free on all orders above $40.

FedEx 2 day: $25 on all orders under $150. Free on all orders above $150.

USPS Priority Mail Express: $50 on all orders under $250. Free for all orders over $250.

FedEx overnight: $100 on all orders.

Shipping Schedule

Orders via USPS Priority are only shipped on Mondays & Tuesdays to avoid weekend closures and delays. Orders placed after 12pm on Tuesday will be shipped the following Monday.

Orders via FedEx 2 day or other express shipping options are shipped Monday-Thursday to avoid weekend closures and delay. Orders placed after 12pm on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.

In the event of severe weather, we will always contact you to discuss any delays in shipping and what works best for both parties.
Tracking is always provided once your order ships and we will additionally send you a message to confirm shipment.

Live Arrival Guarantee

All livestock are guaranteed to arrive alive. Please track your package so you can make sure you are home to receive them. Your order must be delivered on the first delivery attempt to maintain coverage under our guarantee.

All shipping methods on shrimp, snail, and plant orders are covered under this policy however only express shipping options (FedEx 2 day or faster) are covered on all live fish orders.

DOA (Dead On Arrival) must be reported within 1 hour of reported delivery time per carrier. Clear photos AND videos of the bag unopened must be submitted within 1 hour of delivery. Refusal may void guarantee. You will be eligible for your choice of a refund or reshipment. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Returns

Because these are live animals, we do not accept returns or offer refunds beyond what is explicitly stated in our Live Arrival Guarantee.
